Beginnings

I’m deeply grateful for your interest in my work. When I was younger, I dreamed of becoming a National Geographic photographer, captivated by the idea of documenting the world’s wonders. After graduating from the Art Institute of Chicago with a focus on photography, I explored multiple careers—each one enriching my perspective and sharpening my artistic eye. It’s been an Alice-in-Wonderland kind of journey back to photography, a path that, in many ways, found me again rather than the other way around.
The Journey

The universe has a way of guiding us toward the extraordinary. One of my most awe-inspiring experiences was traveling to Antarctica—a place that felt like stepping onto another planet. That journey, among others, reminded me why I fell in love with photography in the first place: the power to witness, feel, and preserve fleeting moments of wonder.
Passion

My creative passions extend beyond travel. I’m drawn to fashion photography, portraiture, and the experimentation of light—both in natural settings and controlled studio environments. I love creating visual stories that reveal the essence of my subjects, blending technical precision with imagination. Alongside this work, I continue to build portfolios focused on conservation awareness, merging artistry with advocacy for the natural world.
Impact

Photography, to me, is an endless dialogue between curiosity and creation. My self-portraits often tell abstract, personal stories, leaving space for viewers to find their own meanings. Sean Tucker once said, “Photograph what makes you happy, ignore the label makers and gatekeepers,” and that philosophy continues to guide me. Like my favorite book, Alice in Wonderland, this journey keeps me asking the caterpillar’s timeless question: “Who are you?” I may never have a final answer—and I prefer it that way. The not knowing keeps me inspired, ever learning, and forever chasing the light.
